Nordic Walking week commencing 9th January, 2017

Hi Walkers,
How great to see so many of you coming back to classes!  A wonderful start to the new year which I hope continues.  After you see the benefits of regular Nordic Walks, I’m sure that will be a great incentive to keep it up.  Great stuff.

NEWBIES
A Big Welcome to some recent Nordic Walking Graduates.  They are: Michelle, Guy, Maddie, Val T, Margaret R, Sam, John D & Lesley.  We look forward to seeing you out on some Fab walks this year.

BOOKING ONTO CLASSES
Just a reminder for my current walks and also for my Newbies on booking onto classes – Below is the list of weekly walks and some are in BOLD.  These walks at Booking classes and to book you need to let me know either by email walk2fitness@live.co.uk or text 07894791527 if you wish to attend. In these particular classes I need a minimum of three walkers for it to go ahead so failure to book could mean the class gets cancelled.  You will need to book onto classes by 8pm the night before the class.  You can always text or email me with any questions.  Walkers wanting to book on Gentle classes can contact Gordon, his mobile is 07970870720 and his email is gordon@shering.co.uk  Many thanks.

All evening classes – £5
Moderate & Gentle Plus – £5 or £4 if you have your own Poles
Moderate Plus & Gentle – £5
Long Distance and Pop Up walks costs dependent on Distance.
Private Sessions: £12.50
