Nordic Walking week commencing 2nd January, 2017
Another year has passed and so many wonderful Nordic Walking miles behind us too (as well as calories)!
Last year we raised over £3500 for various charities doing walking challenges so a huge thank you to those of you who took part.
This year we will be doing several Nordic Walking trips and hoping to do a good deal of Alfred Wainwrights Coast to Coast trail. We will be taking on sections of this great walk so you can do parts of it or all of it if you wish. We will also being doing other challenges too and some excursions for all grades of walkers.
2017 will be a fab year for Nordic Walking and also our social calendars as we hope to include some theatre trips and a few away days including beach walks and visiting places of interest around England. Yay!
If any of you have suggestions for walks/trips/excursions, please let me know.
