Poles
If there is anyone wanting Nordic Walking Poles or paws etc, please let me know by Tuesday as this will be my last time ordering poles with my discount from Nordic Walking UK. From then on you can get still get poles direct from NWUK or anywhere else and I can still advise you etc on the poles best suited to you. Thanks.

No Dilly Dallying!
Our sessions are going to be stepped up a bit starting Monday! There will be fewer stops and less time at the stops for nose blows etc. With conditions getting colder it is important that once we’re warm, we don’t stop too long, so have your tissues ready to go! It’s such a great time of year to be outside so lets make the most of our sessions and keep moving! Woohoo!

NORDIC WALKING CLASS COSTS:
All evening classes – £5
Moderate & Gentle Plus – £5 or £4 if you have your own Poles
Moderate Plus & Gentle – £5
Long Distance and Pop Up walks costs dependent on Distance.
Private Sessions: £12.50

SPEED GRADING KEY:

1 = Moderate Plus (for the faster Nordic Walker, optional Hill running)

2 = Moderate (yet challenging)

3 = Gentle Plus (smidge slower than Moderate yet invigorating)

4 = Gentle (marginally slower than G+ class but energizing)

5 = HIT Nordic (Nothing but Hills. Tough and exhilarating!)
