Nordic Walking week commencing 6th February, 2017

Hi Nordic Walkers,

Love the speedy pace on the very cold days!  The Cranfield bunch in particular were flying along last Monday!  The Moderate and Gentle classes in the week too were at a good pace, so well done.  Let’s keep it up this week too!

LONG DISTANCE WALKS & OVERNIGHTS
I have some great long distance walks for us between April and October that are further afield. What is great about these particular walks is that there are several distances you can choose from. They will more than likely include an overnight or two nights away unless you travel to the independently. These will be in addition to our local longer distance walks which we enjoy each year.

Sunday April 30th, Worcestershire, Miles: 6, 9, 13, 18, 26*
Sunday April 30th, Wiltshire, Miles: 7, 11, 15, 26*
Sunday May 14th, Cambridgeshire, Miles: 11.5, 18, 26
Sunday June 11th, North Yorkshire, Miles: 6.2, 13, 23
Sunday August 6th, Dovedale, Peak District, Miles: 15, 26
Saturday October 14th, Surrey Hills, Miles: 16, 27
* Not yet sure which to do out of the two April 30th walks.

There is a registration fee for the walks but they are mostly £10. Derbyshire walk is £16. I will be confirming these walks in the next two weeks and will give you all the details. Exciting!!

NORDIC WALKING CLASS COSTS:

All evening classes – £5
Moderate & Gentle Plus – £5 or £4 if you have your own Poles
Moderate Plus & Gentle – £5
Long Distance and Pop Up walks costs dependent on Distance.
Private Sessions: £12.50
