Week Commencing 31st July 2017

Nordic Walking week commencing 31st July, 2017

Hi Nordic Walkers,

We found out last week that Phil at the Hub has retained the tender for the Hub! I can’t tell you how relieved we all are that he won it and will continue to run the fab little café in Ampthill Park. As you know Phil and his team have made it what it is today and he is always so supportive of Walk2Fitness and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. Well done Phil and the team at The Hub.

NEW CLASS NAME!

And the winner is…….Striders! This is the new name for our Fastest paced walk class from now on. Thanks to all of you who submitted your ideas to me over the past week. Some very creative ideas too!
