Week commencing 29th January 2018

Nordic Walking week commencing 29th January, 2018

Hi Walkers,

Usually around this time of the year the momentum from the New Year resolutions begin to wane and it’s easy to get out of the routine of exercising when you look outside and it’s gloomy. But, I can guarantee, if you stick with your fitness journey now it will get easier especially with the support of our groups, and as you start to see the first snow drops and daffodils breaking up through the surface, it will renew your enthusiasm. .

Welcome to all our new Nordic Walkers, they are: Dave C, Monica, Barry, Carole, Sandra J, Jan K, Janice, Sandra E, Debra B, Christine, Helen B, Bimla, Elaine, Sue J, Esther, Alan, Justin, Anna, Lorna, Gary, Chris, Sue R, Catherine, Ann, and Adrian.
Each Sunday you will receive the weekly email with all our upcoming walks list. You have to Book onto all walks marked in BOLD. You can do this by emailing or texting me the day before the walk. You can just show up to all the other walks on the day. All walks are pay as you go. On days the weather is inclement, please check the website for any cancellations which will be posted 1 hour before the scheduled walk. If you have any questions, just let me know. We look forward to seeing you on our walks and to welcoming you to our groups! Thanks.
