Beginner courses are offered regularly.
This course runs over three sessions. During this course you will learn to Nordic Walk from basic co-ordination to the full technique to ensure you get the most from your poles.
You will be given Instruction until the full technique is achieved. The benefits of learning the full technique include burning up to 46% more calories than ordinary walking and increased fitness levels.
Once you’ve completed the course you are welcome to any of my Nordic Walks. These are varied, challenging and fun. Workout walks, High Intensity, Gentle, Picnic and Pub walks to name a few.
